Any listing, message, or member can be reported. Reports are triaged in a moderation queue.
Block
Blocked members cannot see your profile, message you, or apply to your opportunities.
Mute
Silence a member without blocking them or letting them know.
Identity review
Optional review for members who want a Professional Verification badge.
Suspicious-account flagging
Automated signals flag accounts for human review before mass-messaging is allowed.
Appeal
Every moderation action has an appeal path to a human reviewer.
Verification levels
Beta membership by itself does not guarantee identity verification. The badges below represent specific, verifiable milestones.
- Email verified
Confirmed working email address.
- Payment verified
Real payment method on file for the $10 annual membership.
- Professional profile completed
All profile fields filled and reviewed by the member.
- Podcast ownership confirmed
Verified via podcast RSS or platform ownership.
- Completed collaborations
At least one recording completed through PodNick.
- Reliable attendance
Consistently shows up on time to confirmed recordings.
- Strong communication
Responsive to messages and clear about expectations.
- Community-reviewed
Multiple positive reviews from other members.
Email verification
Every account confirms a working email address before it can post or apply.
Payment verification
Members with a real payment method on file are marked Payment verified.
